The Coulson Building Group are proud to run one of the largest directly employed workforces in the Cambridge Area. For over 120 years we have continued to maintain a training and recruitment programme that has produced some of the best managers and skilled craftsmen in the area.

Today we have over 160 directly employed staff covering all key trades including: Managers, Technical, Agents/Foreman, Administration, Carpenters, Joiners, Bricklayers, Masons, Labourers, Painters, Plasterers, Plumbers, Electricians and Plant Fitters.
