A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join one of the leading construction Companies in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR activities across the organisation and will ideally have experience of working in an autonomous, standalone capacity.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of generalist HR experience, enabling them to take the lead on all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, training and development, recruitment, sickness absence and performance management.
Capable of providing outstanding customer service across the organisation, the successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for all HR issues, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
This position brings a varied workload and requires exceptional organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skille are essential along with confidence in dealing with stakeholder at all levels of the organisation. High attention to detail and a consistent approach when dealing with employment matters is imperative.
