Throughout the history of the Coulson Building Group, the Small Works Department has successfully bridged the gap between our Group Services Department, carrying out response and planned maintenance, and our Construction department dealing with major projects.

Small Works carries out a wide variety of work both in size and nature, ranging from public buildings, health, schools, colleges and University to individual domestic property.

As part of the Coulson Building Group, we are able to call on the technical expertise and resources available from a major construction group, but still provide the type of prompt, expert and efficient service to be expected of a local contractor of repute.
