GARAGE MANAGER

To take charge of our busy workshop and our fleet of over 100 vehicles to ensure its efficient operation and also to further develop the business to outside customers. The workshop's operations include: maintaining our own fleet of vehicles, service and repair work to outside customers vehicles and hire of contractors plant both internally and to outside customers.

You will probably have a motor trade background and be used to taking responsibility for running a workshop.

BUILDING ESTIMATOR

An experienced candidate is required to join our Pre Construction team. You will have a track record of successfully preparing tenders and estimates for projects ranging from £50k to £1m+.

PLUMBING & HEATING ESTIMATOR

To join our team to produce detailed specifications and prices based on customer enquiries for heating, plumbing and bathroom works, both alterations and new installations. You will probably be an experienced Plumber/Heating Engineer or fulfilling a similar role at present and be confident in meeting customers.

ASSISTANT TO CONSTRUCTION/RESTORATION DEPARTMENTS

The successful candidate will be working within our Construction/Restoration departments assisting a number of key staff including Contracts/Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Estimators, providing the individual with a good general grounding within the industry.

Applicants must be seeking a sandwich placement as part of a construction related degree.

CONSTRUCTION WITH MARKETING

The successful candidate will divide their time between assisting key staff including Contracts/Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surevyors and Estimators, and leading a project to develop a marketing plan for the Group.

Applicants must be seeking a sandwich placement as part of a construction related degree, with a particular interest in marketing.

Both placements will be based at our Cambridge office and will involve visiting sites serviced by the Group.
